"Very nice apartment, everything worked very well. We had an off season stay so just 3-4 condos with light on. A small walk to the beach and a nice pool. We used the tennis courts a couple of times, always available. There are a couple of barbecues, but no nice place to have the meal. That was the only think missing. Highly recommended. "

Short drive to 5th Ave. to enjoy beautiful restaurants. Excellent Customer Service from Manager, we had to stay 2 extra days due to cxl of flights and they accommodated us no problem with a small additional fee. Can't wait to go back!"

Main bedroom.
Needs at least one chair, nowhere to sit, other than on the bed. It requires bedside rugs. Needs a dressing table. Shower requires extra soap dishes.
Second bedroom.
No problems.
Den area. Requires at least two tables for drinks. The desk was not used, but took up room. No telephone for local calls.
Second Bathroom.
Very poor Water pressure.
General.
Very clinical. Needs to be made more homely"

"Wow! Great location, close to shopping and many restaurants nearby. Very nicely decorated (coming from an interior designer). This unit has a great panoramic view, which can even be enjoyed from sitting in the living room or in your Master Suite. I was worried about the distance to the beach, but it was fine when we traveled light with just a towel and beach bag. There is a wagon with chairs and an umbrella, but it was cumbersome to get out onto the sand. We never had a problem with the pool being too busy, it is the perfect size for relaxing. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure in shower was pretty good. Our only complaint is the WiFi and cellular service. We have ATT and it was nearly impossible to do any work on our iPads or phones. Things would never load from the internet, it just kept spinning. Maybe they could add a booster?"

"Have stayed in this location several times over the past few years. The location is very good for restaurants, shopping and groceries and is very short walk to the beach. The area is generally very quiet and geared towards families. It is also in a gated community which is an added plus. I should note that our in-unit clothes dryer needs replacement which was an unnecessary annoyance. The unit was very clean but the storage locker for the beach supplies needed cleaning."

"My family had a fantastic stay. The property was beautiful, pool and hot tub. The access to beach was an easy boardwalk from the pool area. The kitchen was fully stocked and when we realized blender wasn’t working the management company delivered a new one. We also had trouble sleeping on the hard pillows and Susan was so sweet she delivered two new pillows later that day. We loved this unit and the gorgeous view on the ocean. We appreciated how updated the unit was and clean. The ice maker was a bit fussy but worked most of the time:) The locker in garage below was full of beach equipment, the beach umbrellas needed to be replaced but we with help from staff were able to get the big blue one working:) We enjoyed the gym and jogging locally outside for exercise. The only thing missing was a cooler to bring to beach. We loved everything and can’t wait to return again soon!! A gorgeous home in the sky in Naples. "

"The unit was well stocked! We had difficulty with consistent temperatures between the bedrooms with the AC. The room temps were 10 degrees apart. Finding the locker for beach stuff was hard to find. It would be nice if the doors were identified as such. We would stay here again but perhaps pick a different unit to avoid the AC issues. "
